A superb squad performance in what can only be described as Biblical weather. A true test of playing conditions!

With the wind against us in the first half, the boys put on a display that contained the opposition midfield and minimised scoring opportunities. With commitment and intelligent passing play, the team produced some excellent football that saw the teams even at 1 - 1 for the halftime break.

With the wind advantage in the second half, play on the wings and a steadfast defence delivered to their full potential. Speedy passing play and accuracy in the attacking third meant the result never looked in doubt.

A performance to be proud of and hopefully provide a springboard for our remaining matches. Well done everyone!!
